We're thrilled to announce that two~good has earned Faire Top Shop status for the second quarter in a row!
For our independent UK candle brand, this is a pretty big deal. We launched just eight months ago, so to already have this recognition from Faire, alongside the support of our growing network of independent retailers, is something we're incredibly proud of.
As two sisters building two~good together, we're especially happy that all the less glamorous bits of running a small business, packing wholesale orders, keeping our catalogue up to date, answering retailer emails and making sure every order arrives exactly as it should, have paid off.
What is Faire Top Shop?
two~good sells wholesale through Faire, a platform that connects independent brands with independent retailers around the world.
Faire Top Shop recognises brands that consistently provide a high-quality experience for retailers. Brands that meet all of Faire's criteria during a quarter earn Top Shop status for the following quarter, giving retailers an extra signal that the brand offers reliable service and a high quality wholesale experience.
How do brands become Faire Top Shop?
To earn Top Shop status, Faire assesses brands against several areas of their wholesale performance, including retailer satisfaction, order reliability and the quality of their Faire shop.
For UK and other international brands, the current criteria include:
- Retailer rating: maintaining an average rating of at least 4.8
- Order reliability: keeping cancellations and missing items to 3% or less
- Merchandising: achieving the required merchandising score through things such as product photography, descriptions and catalogue quality
Meeting all of the criteria during a quarter earns a brand Top Shop status for the following quarter.
