Where are your products made?
Everything from our candles to our packaging is made right here in the UK.
What wax are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax. We use soy wax because it burns cleanly and slowly, allowing each candle to last longer and release fragrance gently and evenly.
How do I care for my candles?
Burn for up to 2 hours on first use to allow the wax to melt all of the way to the edge of the glass. This prevents tunnelling.
Trim the wick before each use. This prevents black smoke or "sooting"
How long does my two~good candle last?
The total burn time for our candles is 35-40 hours.
Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours per session.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes — our packaging is fully recyclable. Our boxes are made from 100% recycled, FSC-certified materials.
Can I reuse my jar?
Yes! When your candle has finished glowing, carefully pour hot (not boiling) water into the jar.
The remaining wax will melt and rise to the surface. Let the water cool completely, then remove the hardened wax and wash the jar with warm, soapy water.
